Meet Scotty
I am a former heavy guy - 300+ Pounds to be exact - who got into weight training as part of my own fitness journey. After meeting Sam in 2020 I decided to take the steps to meet my life goals, one of which was to own a gym. I have since become co-owner of HAC and have loved every moment along the way. As a coach, I enjoy seeing those around me succeed which is a large part of why I do personal training. I specialize in weight training, weight loss/muscle gains, boxing, and overall general fitness with an emphasis on mental health. No matter what your goal is, I can help you on your journey. Coaching brings me joy and I look forward to helping you every step of the way.

II am an ACE certified trainer, powerlifter, former college athlete. I specialize in Strength & Conditioning, weight loss/weight gain, and general fitness. I have been a trainer for 3 years.
